These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website bynalorqex.com and of the informational services offered by Bynalorqex S.A.S. in the Argentine Republic. By using the site, you express your acceptance of the conditions set forth herein.

Bynalorqex S.A.S., registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under number 8459/2019, CUIT 30-71789245-3, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.
2. Purpose of the site
The purpose of bynalorqex.com is to provide information about the real estate crowdlending model and about the residential projects that Bynalorqex supports. The information published does not constitute financial advice or a public offering of securities within the meaning of article 2 of Law 26,831.
3. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, morality and good customs, refraining from any actions that may damage the infrastructure, systems or content of the site.
4. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, logos, texts and graphic elements published on the site are the property of Bynalorqex S.A.S. or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
5. Newsletter
The newsletter subscription is voluntary and free of charge. The user may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email or by writing to privacidad@bynalorqex.com.
6. Limitation of liability
Bynalorqex makes reasonable efforts to keep the information published up to date, but does not guarantee that it will be free of errors. It also assumes no responsibility for investment decisions taken exclusively on the basis of the informational material on the site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
8. Modifications
Bynalorqex may update these Terms in response to regulatory changes or service improvements. The current version will be the one published on this site, indicating the date of the last update.
