We only collect the data you provide voluntarily when completing the newsletter form (name and email address), as well as anonymised browsing data obtained through analytical and consent cookies, always based on the preferences you choose in the cookie banner.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you updates on real estate crowdlending opportunities, improve your browsing experience, measure site performance and comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations of the Argentine Republic.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on the express consent you provide when submitting the form and accepting the cookie banner, as well as on Bynalorqex's legitimate interest in managing its business activity within the Argentine legal framework.
5. Retention
Newsletter data is kept while your subscription remains active. You can request removal at any time by writing to privacidad@bynalorqex.com. Accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by the applicable regulations.
6. Processors and transfers
We may share data with technology providers acting as data processors (email delivery, hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to processing in the cases provided by Law 25,326.
